Location: Manteno, IL Department: Finance / FP&A Reports To: FP&A Director / Head of Finance Transformation FLSA Status: Exempt
Key Responsibilities
- The AI Financial Analyst will support Gotion’s Finance organization by combining traditional FP&A responsibilities with advanced analytics, automation, and AI-driven insights. This role focuses on transforming financial data into predictive insights, building automated reporting systems, and enabling smarter, faster decision-making across manufacturing operations.
- This is a high-visibility role ideal for someone who understands finance but is also passionate about AI tools, data science concepts, and modern financial technology.
Requirements
- Experience in manufacturing, automotive, EV, battery, semiconductor, or industrial environments.
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts or applied AI in business settings.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
- MBA or advanced analytics coursework.
- Experience building dashboards or automated reporting pipelines.
