Job Description
This role involves building and managing the after-sales service system for Gotion's electric vehicle and energy storage products in Europe and Africa, including customer relationship management, technical training, and fault analysis to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Construct and manage the after-sales team in EU-AF.
- Build the after-sales service system and establish operational standards in Europe and Africa.
- Design service experiences, develop customer satisfaction concepts, and monitor service satisfaction.
- Plan and develop the Euro-African after-sales technical training system and content.
- Collect, analyze, and report customer complaints; collaborate with R&D and quality departments to resolve faults.
- Maintain customer relationships and improve customer satisfaction through after-sales support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Ability to communicate in English as the working language
- Ability to accept frequent travel
- At least 5 years of overseas after-sales management experience
- Familiarity with car companies and battery products
- Familiarity with warranty terms
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong sense of teamwork
- Good at negotiation and contract control
- Experience with understanding overseas service outsourcing
- Experience with self-building after-sales teams
