Job Description

The job involves managing and constructing the after-sales team and service system for Gotion Inc. in Europe and Africa, focusing on customer satisfaction, technical training, and maintaining customer relationships in the electric vehicle and energy storage sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Construct and manage the after-sales team in EU-AF.
  • Build the after-sales service system in EU-AF and establish operational standards.
  • Design service experiences based on customer needs and develop satisfaction monitoring systems.
  • Plan and build the Euro-African after-sales technical training system and content.
  • Collect, analyze, and report on customer complaints, implementing solutions with R&D and quality departments.
  • Maintain customer relationships and improve customer satisfaction through the after-sales maintenance system.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above, English as working language and able to accept frequent travel.
  • 5 years of overseas after-sales management experience.
  • Familiar with car companies and battery products, familiar with warranty terms.
  • Excellent communication skills, strong sense of teamwork, good at negotiation, contract control, understanding of overseas service outsourcing and self-built team experience.
