Job Description
A Staff Software Engineer specializing in Flutter, responsible for providing technical leadership and developing a new CRM platform for clients in the trades, working closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical development and growth of the mobile team.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to build a new CRM platform for clients in the trades.
- Design, develop, and maintain Flutter-based mobile applications.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Contribute to the overall architecture and technical strategy of mobile solutions.
Requirements
- Experience as a Staff Software Engineer with a focus on Flutter development.
- Proven ability to play a critical role in the technical leadership and growth of a mobile team.
- Experience working closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to build complex platforms.
- Demonstrated experience in building and deploying mobile applications using Flutter.
- Ability to contribute to the development of an entirely new CRM platform for clients in the trades.
- Experience in collaborating within a team environment to deliver software solutions.
- Knowledge of best practices in mobile application development, including code quality, testing, and deployment processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing requirements.
- Experience in working on projects that involve building scalable and maintainable codebases.
- Ability to understand and implement technical requirements and translate them into functional software.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and collaborative workflows.
- Educational background or equivalent experience in computer science, software engineering, or related field.
