A senior engineering role focused on designing and delivering AI-powered, data-driven platform capabilities to enhance personalized, secure, and scalable consumer experiences across mobile and web applications, while mentoring team members and shaping engineering culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of intelligent platform capabilities that enhance data-driven consumer experiences
- Architect scalable, secure, and personalized content delivery systems across mobile and web applications
- Integrate AI and large language model (LLM) innovations into platform architecture
- Mentor engineering team members and influence engineering culture
Requirements
- Experience leading the design and delivery of intelligent platform capabilities that power data-driven consumer experiences.
- Proven ability to marry architectural excellence with AI Large Language Model (LLM) innovation.
- Strong understanding of how systems interact with and serve personalized, secure, and scalable content across mobile and web applications.
- Experience mentoring other engineers and influencing broader engineering culture.
- Demonstrated expertise in software engineering, including designing scalable and secure systems.
- Experience working in a hybrid work environment, reporting one day a week into a tech hub.
- Ability to lead technical initiatives related to AI-powered applications and developer tools.
- Experience in developing and deploying AI applications, particularly involving large language models.
- Knowledge of best practices for secure, scalable, and personalized content delivery across multiple platforms.
- Educational background or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Ability to adapt to changing responsibilities and perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or managers.
