Job Description
A Staff Product Manager for Servicing at GoodLeap is responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for an investor-facing product, leading cross-functional teams to develop innovative features that streamline investor workflows and create measurable impact through AI-driven solutions.

- Identify opportunities to leverage agentic-AI to create innovative products and features.
- Lead cross-functional teams from concept through launch to deliver a compelling product experience.
- Set clear direction, foster alignment, and inspire execution to achieve organizational goals.
Requirements
- Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a new Investor-facing product that advances organizational goals.
- Identify opportunities to leverage agentic-AI to create innovative products and features that streamline Investor workflows and unlock new sources of value.
- Lead cross-functional teams from concept through launch to deliver a compelling product experience that resonates with Investors and drives measurable impact.
- Set clear direction, foster alignment, and inspire execution within the product development process.
- Possess experience in defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap for technology products, preferably in a financial or investor-related context.
- Demonstrate ability to lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver product solutions.
- Have a strong understanding of AI technologies, specifically agentic-AI, and their application in product development.
- Possess excellent communication and leadership skills to inspire and align teams and stakeholders around product goals.
- Be able to work in a collaborative environment and thrive in a startup-like, entrepreneurial culture.
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or related roles, with a track record of delivering successful technology products.
- Have a bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
