Job Description
The Servicing Reporting Specialist is responsible for analyzing, compiling, and presenting data and reports to investors and leadership, serving as a subject matter expert in supporting project work and troubleshooting complex issues within the servicing department.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the flow and presentation of information to Investors and Servicing Leadership
- Gather, analyze, compile, and deliver data, reports, presentations, and training materials
- Partner with internal teams and sub-servicer as a subject matter expert to support project work
- Troubleshoot complex issues related to servicing data and reporting
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
- Experience in gathering, analyzing, and compiling data to support business reporting and presentations.
- Ability to understand business and data requirements to support flow and presentation of information to Investors and Servicing Leadership.
- Experience in delivering data, business reports, presentations, training, and other documents or information.
- Ability to work independently and in partnership with internal teams and external sub-servicers as a subject matter expert.
- Experience in supporting project work and troubleshooting complex issues related to servicing data and reports.
- Knowledge of servicing asset management or related financial services is implied, as the role supports Servicing Leadership and Investors.
- Willingness to perform additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisors or managers related to the position or department.
