Job Description
A Senior Software Engineer responsible for designing and developing solutions to manage the document lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in document processes within a collaborative team using modern technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop solutions for document lifecycle management, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
- Analyze legal documents, business requirements, and loan lifecycle to translate into technical solutions.
- Build and maintain scalable systems integrating with platforms like DocuSign, Salesforce, and eOriginal.
- Implement best practices in code quality, testing, and automation to ensure reliable document management.
- Collaborate with engineers and product managers to deliver high-impact features and improvements.
Requirements
- Experience in designing and developing solutions for document lifecycle management, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of document-related processes.
- Ability to analyze legal documents, business requirements, and the lifecycle of a loan to translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Hands-on development experience with technologies such as React, Node.js, Typescript, Nest.js, Serverless, SST, DynamoDB, AWS Lambda, API Gateway, Kafka, Event Driven Architecture, and Webhooks.
- Proficiency in building and maintaining scalable systems that handle over 16,000 unique document variations.
- Experience collaborating closely with engineers and product managers to deliver high-impact features.
- Strong focus on code quality, testing pipelines, automation, and dashboards to ensure reliable and efficient document management systems.
- Ability to contribute actively as an outspoken team member by sharing ideas, providing constructive feedback, and driving team discussions to improve performance.
- Experience working on greenfield projects and system enhancements related to document automation, data consistency, and compliance.
- Understanding of legal documents and business requirements to develop accurate, compliant, and user-friendly solutions.
- Commitment to best practices in software development, including testing, scalability, and code quality.
- Willingness to perform additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisors or managers related to the position or department.
