Job Description
A Senior Quality Engineer responsible for developing and executing test strategies, automating tests, and improving software quality and resilience throughout the development lifecycle to ensure high-quality delivery at GoodLeap.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop test strategies and author automated tests
- Execute tests to ensure software quality
- Advise on testability and best practices for quality
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle
- Support development teams as an embedded team member
- Implement and enhance measurement of quality metrics related to resilience
Requirements
- Strong understanding of software quality processes and best practices
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems through collaboration and innovative thinking
- Experience in developing test strategies
- Experience in authoring automated tests
- Experience in executing tests
- Ability to advise on testability and best practices for quality
- Participation in all phases of the software development lifecycle
- Experience supporting development teams as an embedded team member
- Experience implementing and enhancing the measurement of actionable quality metrics and outcomes related to resilience
