Job Description
The Senior Product Operations Manager will lead the Product Operations function within the B2B division, ensuring effective execution of product strategies, driving adoption, and aligning cross-functional teams to maximize product success and ROI in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and lead the Product Operations function within the B2B division
- Serve as the connector between Product, Go-to-Market, and Operations teams to ensure strategy execution
- Operationalize product strategies and drive adoption across stakeholders
- Ensure alignment among teams and stakeholders
- Realize the ROI of products delivered into the market
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Success, and Training to support product success
Requirements
- Establish and lead the Product Operations (Product Ops) function within the company's B2B division.
- Serve as the connective tissue between Product, Go-to-Market, and Operations teams to ensure effective execution of strategies defined by Product and Business leadership.
- Focus on operationalizing strategy, driving adoption, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, and realizing the ROI of products delivered into the market.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Success, and Training teams to mobilize each function to make products successful in the hands of contractors, integrators, and contractors.
- Possess experience in establishing and leading a Product Operations function or similar operational leadership role.
- Demonstrate ability to ensure strategies are effectively executed in the market and products are adopted successfully.
- Have the ability to ensure alignment across multiple stakeholders and functions involved in product delivery and market success.
