Job Description
The Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives is responsible for developing and executing growth strategies for GoodLeap, managing stakeholder relationships, conducting market analysis, and overseeing business operations across the entire lifecycle to support the company's expansion in sustainable solutions and energy markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to support GoodLeap's growth
- Liaise and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct market research and analysis
- Evaluate and implement build, buy, or partnership opportunities
- Set goals and guidelines for strategic initiatives
- Oversee operations from planning to execution
- Engage in high-level presentations to executives and board members
Requirements
- Experience in distributed energy, capital markets, joint ventures or partnership relationships and agreements, mergers and acquisitions (M A), cybersecurity and tech infrastructure, tax planning, and making presentations to executives and board members.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategies that support company growth.
- Experience liaising and building positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to conduct market research and analysis.
- Experience evaluating and executing build vs. buy vs. partnership arrangements.
- Experience setting goals and guidelines for strategic initiatives.
- Ability to oversee operations from planning to execution across the entire business lifecycle.
- High degree of visibility and communication skills to present to executives and board members.
- Minimum of several years of relevant professional experience in strategic initiatives, energy, or related fields (implied by seniority and responsibilities).
Benefits & Perks
Compensation range of $225,000 to $300,000 annually
