Job Description
The Principal Product Manager for Growth is responsible for designing and executing the growth strategy for consumer products at GoodLeap, including building systems, running experiments, and optimizing user engagement and retention to drive key business metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect the growth engine for consumer products
- Build systems and run experiments to improve user conversion, activation, habit formation, and retention
- Bring clarity to ambiguous problems and align cross-functional teams around key levers
- Deliver tests, features, and optimizations to influence key metrics
- Operate at strategic level while executing with urgency and precision
Requirements
- Experience in architecting growth engines for consumer products, including building underlying systems and running experiments to drive user conversion, activation, habit formation, and retention.
- Ability to bring clarity to ambiguous problems and align cross-functional teams around key levers that impact growth metrics.
- Proven track record of personally delivering tests, features, and optimizations that improve key performance metrics.
- Strong systems thinking skills with the ability to operate at a strategic level while executing with urgency and precision as a hands-on builder.
- Experience in designing and executing experiments to optimize user engagement and retention outcomes on consumer platforms.
