The Inbound Solar Energy Consultant is a fully virtual sales role focused on educating homeowners about residential solar solutions, guiding them through program selection and supporting the installation process to promote sustainable living.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers using a consultative sales approach to educate them on residential solar benefits
- Guide customers in selecting the most suitable solar program for their needs
- Support customers through the proposal process for solar solutions
- Collaborate with trusted contractors to ensure seamless solar installation
Requirements
- Possess the ability to assist customers by leveraging a consultative sales approach to educate them on the benefits of residential solar.
- Guide customers in selecting the best solar program tailored to their needs.
- Support customers through the proposal process for residential solar solutions.
- Collaborate with trusted contractors to ensure a seamless installation experience after customer commitment.
- Work fully virtually as part of the sales team.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively assist and educate homeowners about solar solutions.
