Job Description
The Collections Manager oversees the company's financial collection department, supervising staff to ensure accurate and timely billing and collections, working closely with outside agencies, and managing credit and collections processes. Bilingual Spanish and English skills are required.

Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
- Experience overseeing a financial collection department, including supervising staff to ensure all money owed to the company is billed and received correctly and in a timely fashion.
- Experience working closely with outside Collection Agencies.
- Experience performing credit and collections activities.
- Ability to supervise collections staff effectively.
- Strong understanding of billing, receivables, and collections processes.
- Ability to ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies related to collections.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate multiple responsibilities within a collection department.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external agencies.
- Physical ability to perform supervisory tasks and manage team operations as required.
