Job Description
The Collections Coordinator is responsible for handling administrative tasks within the Collections Department, including submitting Loss Mitigation programs, reviewing delinquent loans, maintaining communication with customers and vendors, and ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle administrative tasks for the Collections Department
- Submit all Loss Mitigation programs
- Review delinquent loans for investors
- Perform skip tracing
- Maintain the email inbox for customers and the collections team
- Audit processes to ensure SLAs are met
- Coordinate with vendors to schedule site visits, system disconnects, and legal demand letters
- Communicate loan status to customers via text and email
Requirements
