Job Description
The Client Support Manager for Home Improvement ensures an exceptional customer experience by leveraging data to identify improvements, conducting client audits, and managing pipelines to meet customer expectations and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with clients to ensure delivery of the best customer experience
- Leverage Big Data to identify areas of improvement for Home Improvement clients
- Collaborate on initiatives to enhance the customer experience
- Conduct client audits to ensure standards and expectations are met
- Manage the sales pipeline to align with customer expectations and company standards
Requirements
- Experience working with clients to ensure delivery of the best customer experience possible.
- Ability to leverage Big Data to identify areas of improvement with Home Improvement clients and work collaboratively to improve the customer experience.
- Experience conducting client audits to assess and ensure customer expectations and company standards are being met.
- Experience managing pipelines to ensure customer expectations and company standards are being met.
- Strong communication skills to facilitate transparent customer communication and collaboration with clients.
- Ability to work as a dependable teammate and focus on improving the customer experience.
- Willingness to perform additional duties such as client audits and pipeline management as assigned by supervisors or managers.
