Job Description
The Client Support Manager collaborates with installers to ensure an excellent customer experience by leveraging data to identify improvements, conducting audits, and managing pipelines to meet customer and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with installers to ensure delivery of the best customer experience
- Leverage Big Data to identify areas for improvement with installers
- Collaborate with installers to enhance the customer experience
- Conduct installer audits to ensure standards are met
- Manage pipeline activities to meet customer expectations and company standards
Requirements
- Experience working with installers on a platform to ensure delivery of the best customer experience possible.
- Ability to leverage Big Data to identify areas of improvement with Installers and work collectively on improving the customer experience.
- Experience conducting Installer audits.
- Experience managing pipelines to ensure customer expectations and company standards are being met.
- Strong customer service skills focused on improving the customer experience.
- Ability to work as a dependable teammate and support a collaborative work culture.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate transparent customer communication and collaboration with Installers.
- Experience in a role that involves identifying areas for process improvement and working with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to adapt to additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisors or managers related to the position or department.
