Job Description
The Business Development Manager is responsible for recruiting and qualifying new Home Improvement Contractors to join GoodLeap, helping them access financing solutions, and collaborating with the team to ensure partner success in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify prospective Home Improvement Contractors to join GoodLeap
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to ensure partner success
- Assist Contractors in accessing and utilizing superior loan programs
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or partner acquisition roles, with the ability to proactively identify and qualify prospective partners.
- Experience working with Home Improvement Contractors or in the home improvement, solar, or energy-efficient solutions industry is preferred.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a Business Development team to ensure overall partner success.
- Strong communication skills to facilitate customer and partner interactions.
- Demonstrated ability to help contractors access and understand loan programs or financial products related to sustainable solutions.
- Willingness to work in a collaborative, energetic environment and contribute to team success.
- Ability to perform additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisors or managers related to the position or department.
