Job Description
The Bilingual Client Support Manager collaborates with installers to ensure an excellent customer experience by leveraging data to identify improvements, conducting audits, and managing pipelines, all while maintaining high standards and supporting sustainable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with installers to ensure delivery of the best customer experience
- Leverage Big Data to identify areas for improvement with installers
- Collaborate with installers to enhance the customer experience
- Conduct installer audits to ensure standards are met
- Manage the pipeline to meet customer expectations and company standards
Requirements
- The candidate must be bilingual, capable of communicating effectively in both English and another language.
- The candidate must have experience working with installers on a platform to ensure delivering the best customer experience possible.
- The candidate must be able to leverage Big Data to identify areas of improvement with Installers and work collectively to improve the customer experience.
- The candidate must have experience conducting Installer audits and managing pipelines to ensure customer expectations and company standards are being met.
- The candidate must demonstrate a focus on improving the customer experience and be a dependable teammate.
- The candidate must be able to perform additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisors or managers related to the position or department.
- The candidate must be able to perform the general nature and level of work as described in the job description, with the understanding that responsibilities may be altered or expanded at any time.
- The candidate must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodations for known disabilities, as required by law.
