Job Description
The Bilingual Client Support Manager at GoodLeap is responsible for enhancing customer experience by collaborating with partners, leveraging Big Data for improvements, and conducting client audits and pipeline management to meet customer expectations and company standards.

Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Experience in client support or customer service roles.
- Ability to leverage Big Data to identify areas of improvement with clients.
- Experience conducting client audits and managing pipelines.
- Strong focus on improving customer experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
