The Automation Engineer will design, develop, and maintain AI-powered automation workflows to improve operational efficiency across various teams, utilizing tools like Zapier, N8N, AWS, and collaboration platforms, while collaborating with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain automation workflows using tools like Zapier, N8N, Atlassian JSM, Slack, Zoom, and AWS services.
- Apply modern automation practices and integrate AI-driven features to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and develop solutions.
- Reduce manual effort and enhance productivity through automation implementation.
Requirements

- Design, build, and maintain automation workflows that leverage tools and services such as Zapier, N8N, Atlassian JSM, Slack and Zoom automation, AWS services, and more.
