- Design, build, and maintain automation workflows using tools like Zapier, N8N, Atlassian JSM, Slack, Zoom, and AWS services.

- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and develop solutions.
- Reduce manual effort and enhance productivity through automation implementation.
