The Assumption Specialist is responsible for processing property assumption applications for solar and battery loans, handling customer inquiries via phone and email, and supporting assumption operations within a technology-driven company focused on sustainable solutions.

- Process assumption applications for solar and battery loans during property ownership changes
- Handle incoming phone calls and emails to address customer questions and concerns
Requirements
- Processing assumptions applications for solar and battery loans when changes in property ownership occur.
- Handling incoming phone calls from the GoodLeap dedicated toll free line and emails by addressing customer questions and concerns.
- Performing a range of activities related to assumption operations as assigned by supervisor or other managers.
- Demonstrating the ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodations for known disabilities.
