Job Description
The Associate Mortgage Specialist supports sales efforts by qualifying customers, providing excellent customer service, and learning about mortgage products, with the opportunity to advance to a licensed loan officer in a direct-to-consumer environment.

- Provide sales support to top loan officers
- Learn about different mortgage products
- Qualify customers for mortgage options
- Gather pertinent customer information via live calls
- Transfer qualified leads to the sales floor
Requirements
- Provide sales support to top loan officers while learning about different mortgage products, qualifying customers, and providing excellent customer service.
- Take live calls and gather pertinent information from customers prior to transferring them to the sales floor.
- Possess the ability to learn about mortgage products and customer qualification processes.
- Be willing to support the position of becoming a licensed loan officer in a direct-to-consumer sales environment.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills during interactions with customers.
- Be able to perform additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisors or managers related to the position or department.
