Job Description

The Executive, Corporate Services at Gentari is responsible for supporting financial activities related to integrated fleet-as-a-service and EV charge point solutions, including financial analysis, budgeting, and compliance. This role involves collaborating with various departments to enhance financial efficiency and stability within the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and cash flow.
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare regular financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Manage cash flow by monitoring receivables, payables, and liquidity.
  • Assess financing needs and explore funding options.
  • Liaise with financial institutions to ensure sustainable funding.
  • Coordinate and plan the annual budgeting process.
  • Monitor monthly budget performance and provide optimization recommendations.
  • Prepare monthly and annual financial reports in coordination with tax and accounting vendors.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements.
  • Coordinate with auditors for annual audits and regulatory filings.
  • Review KYC credit worthiness assessments and validate customer credit scores.
  • Execute accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement procedures for fleet products and services.
  • Manage local office requirements and business license applications or renewals.

Requirements

  • Fluent in written and verbal communication in Thai and English.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • Proven experience with a minimum of 5 years in financial management roles, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting standards for the corporate Thailand market.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, analysis tools, and ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
