Job Description
The Analyst HSE Planning Performance role at Gentari involves executing and supporting health, safety, and environmental (HSE) strategies, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with regulations to meet organizational objectives efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of HSE strategies and initiatives
- Track, monitor, and analyze HSE performance metrics and KPIs
- Prepare detailed performance reports and dashboards
- Identify performance gaps and recommend intervention plans
- Assist in planning and managing the HSE budget
- Monitor HSE expenditures for efficient resource allocation
- Support HSE contract management processes
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HSE policies and procedures
- Regularly review and update HSE documentation
- Support the establishment and maintenance of the HSE Management System
- Execute HSE applications and systems for reliability and accessibility
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science or Occupational Safety Health or equivalent
- Minimum 3-7 years of experience in Engineering, Technical Planning and HSE
- Familiarity with HSE management systems, compliance frameworks, and industry standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data tracking, reporting, and intervention planning
- Proficiency in HSE applications, systems, and tools
- High critical thinking and thought process for preparation of management documents
