Robotics & Automation Engineer

Manage robotics and automation projects from inception to completion. • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. • Conduct thorough technical and cost feasibility analyses for proposed projects. • Assess the potential benefits and risks associated with each project. • Liaise with suppliers from the bidding phase through to project realization and testing. • Ensure suppliers meet quality and delivery standards. • Work closely with factory operators to develop practical and efficient automation solutions. • Ensure that implemented solutions align with operational needs and enhance productivity. • Provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle. • Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to ensure smooth project execution.

• Education / Experience: Bachelor in Automation Engineering degree with proven professional experience. • Specific knowledge CAD and 3D software (example: AutoCAD, PTC Creo..) • Programming languages (example: C++, Python..) • 5+ year experiences in Automation Engineering field or equivalent experience. • Assembly-based or Mechanical and electrical industry enterprise experience to be better • Fluent English.
• Preferred Skills • Experience with PLC programming and robotic systems. • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles. • Familiarity with project management methodologies. • Strong oral and written communication skills. • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
