Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will work within a multi-disciplinary research team at GE Vernova to support the delivery of strategic research and development programs focused on advanced robotics and computer vision.

Key Responsibilities

Project Oversight: Manage a portfolio of 5–10 research projects, maintaining detailed project plans, Gantt charts, and milestone tracking.
Operational Partnership: Partner closely with PLs to handle non-technical work components, including procurement, staffing logistics, and budget health monitoring.
Risk & Resource Management: Proactively identify project risks, budget overruns, or scheduling bottlenecks; develop and execute mitigation strategies to ensure project health.
Stakeholder & Process Management: Act as a primary or secondary point of contact for project stakeholders; streamline internal processes and ensure project documentation is accurate and up-to-date in team databases.
Strategic Support: Assist in the preparation of project reporting and performance summaries for internal and external audiences, ensuring technical teams remain focused on innovation.
