As a member of the CAD/CAM team, you will be an active contributor to the factory volume ramp and standardization efforts.
The Sandbox: State-of-the-Art Tech & Hardware
You’ll have access to an industry-leading hardware and software stack:
• CAD/CAM Suite: Siemens NX (5-Axis Continuous Milling, VTL, VBM, HBM, Multi-Axis EDM, etc).
• Digital Twin & Virtual Prototyping: 100% simulation coverage utilizing Vericut and Siemens Run My Virtual Machine.
• Next-Gen Hardware: Custom 10-ton multi-function grinding machines, massive 5-axis mills, and large VTLs/VBMs up to 2.5m.
• Advanced Diagnostics & Automation: Closed-Loop Machining (CLM), custom Renishaw probing routines, Caron Engineering TMaC, and Modal Analysis (tap testing) hardware/software.
