The energy grid is one of the most complex systems on Earth — and you're the kind of leader who finds that energizing, not overwhelming.

Lead and win advisory engagements — own the creation of Services Scopes and Statements of Work (SOWs), including responses to Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and proactive sales pursuits alongside regional sales and portfolio teams worldwide.
Define architecture for customer success — design and own optimal deployment architectures for GE Vernova's GridOS and Grid Software (GridSW) suite, guiding customers through complex integrations with legacy technology and enterprise systems.
Drive technical and commercial strategy — lead domain-level conversations on future architecture direction across the product line, evaluate emerging technologies, and translate industry trends into actionable guidance for customers and internal stakeholders.
Build and grow a world-class team — recruit, develop, and retain senior advisory professionals; lead blended teams that include third-party partners and customer personnel, and champion a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Influence at every level — communicate complex technical solutions clearly to executive audiences, negotiate with external partners and customers, and build consensus across IT organizations and business leadership.

You are a seasoned leader who combines deep technical expertise in grid software with the commercial instincts to close and deliver complex engagements. You are equally comfortable in a customer briefing and a technical architecture review.
