Job Description
A Service Coordinator at Freedom Solar Power is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by acting as a liaison between customers and service technicians to address solar system service inquiries and ensure timely resolutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries related to solar system service calls
- Serve as a liaison between customers and service technicians
- Coordinate and ensure efficient and timely solutions to client issues
Requirements
- Must have strong customer service skills and be able to serve as a liaison between customers and service technicians to ensure efficient and timely solutions to clients.
- Must be able to answer customer inquiries related to solar system service calls.
- This is an in-office opportunity, so the candidate must be able to work in an office environment.
- Must demonstrate a customer-focused attitude and the ability to provide exceptional customer experience.
- Must be willing to serve as a liaison between customers and service technicians to facilitate communication and problem resolution.
