Job Description
A Service Coordinator at Freedom Solar is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by managing solar system service inquiries, acting as a liaison between customers and technicians, and ensuring timely and efficient resolution of service calls in an in-office setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries related to solar system service calls
- Serve as a liaison between customers and service technicians
- Coordinate and schedule service appointments

Requirements
