Job Description
A Solar Installer is responsible for installing residential solar power systems, working as part of a team to ensure quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. The role involves hands-on installation work, often requiring prior construction or roofing experience, and contributes to a company's mission of providing clean, affordable energy.
Key Responsibilities
- Install solar systems ranging from 1kW to 30kW on residential homes
- Work as part of a crew to complete solar installations efficiently and safely
- Handle construction and roofing tasks related to solar system installation
- Ensure quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards during installation
Requirements
- Experience installing solar systems ranging from 1kW to 30kW on residential homes.
- Prior construction and/or roofing experience.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Motivated by meeting goals and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Hard-working and great at working with their hands.
- Takes pride in their work.
- Thrives working in a team environment and enjoys being challenged.
- This position is based out of the Houston office located at 77055.
