Job Description

A sales role focused on educating and advising residential customers on solar energy solutions through in-home consultations, with a commission-based compensation structure and opportunities for high earnings.

Key Responsibilities

Educate and advise customers on the benefits of solar energy and energy conservation practices
Qualify potential customers to determine their suitability for solar solutions
Design in-home solar systems tailored to customer needs
Build and maintain relationships with customers throughout the sales process
Meet sales KPIs to achieve earning potential and contribute to company growth

Requirements

Must be a results-driven Sales Consultant with a passion for solar energy and customer education.
Must be willing to educate, qualify, and advise future customers on the benefits of smart energy conservation and consumption practices.
This is a full-time, W-2, commission-based position with no cap on earning potential.
Must complete a 2-week company-paid sales training program to prepare for success in the field.
Must meet company-given KPI expectations while in the field to be eligible for an average annual earning range of $100,000 to $200,000.
Must be able to work in a customer-facing role, conducting in-home consultations and assessments.
Must have the ability to operate in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and demonstrate dedication, creativity, resourcefulness, and speed.
Must be willing to work in Texas and Florida, serving residential customers in these states.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
