Job Description

The In-Home Power Sales Consultant role involves educating and advising homeowners on energy conservation solutions, primarily solar and home electrification products, with a focus on driving sales and promoting energy empowerment. The position is commission-based, offering significant earning potential and opportunities for growth within a company dedicated to customer-first service and sustainable energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Educate and advise homeowners on the benefits of smart energy conservation and consumption practices
Qualify potential customers based on their energy needs and interests
Design and present customized solar energy solutions to homeowners
Build relationships with customers to promote energy products and services
Meet sales KPIs and contribute to achieving company sales targets

Requirements

Must be a results-driven Sales Consultant with a passion for energy conservation and consumption practices.
Must be willing to educate, qualify, and advise future customers on the benefits of smart energy conservation and consumption practices.
Must be willing to join a commission-based sales position with no cap on earning potential.
Must complete a 2-week company-paid sales training program to prepare for field activities.
Must meet company-given KPI expectations to be eligible for earning between $100,000 and $200,000 annually.
Must be a W-2 employee in a full-commission position.
Must have the legal right to work in the United States (implied by employment eligibility requirements).
