Key Responsibilities
Educate and advise customers on the benefits of solar energy and energy conservation practices
Qualify potential customers to determine their suitability for solar solutions
Design in-home solar systems tailored to customer needs
Build and maintain relationships with customers throughout the sales process
Meet sales KPIs to achieve earning potential and contribute to company growth
Requirements
Must be a results-driven Sales Consultant with a passion for solar energy and customer education.
Must be willing to educate, qualify, and advise future customers on the benefits of smart energy conservation and consumption practices.
Must be willing to work in a commission-based position with no cap on earning potential.
Must be willing to participate in a 2-week company-paid sales training program.
Must be a W-2 employee in a full-commission position.
Must meet company-given KPI expectations to achieve an average earnings range between $100,000 and $200,000 per year.
Must have the ability to work in the field after training to meet sales and performance expectations.
