Job Description
A sales position focused on educating and advising customers about solar energy solutions through in-home consultations, with a commission-based compensation structure and opportunities for high earnings and career growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Educate and advise customers on the benefits of solar energy and energy conservation practices
- Qualify potential customers to determine their suitability for solar solutions
- Design in-home solar systems tailored to customer needs
- Build and maintain relationships with customers throughout the sales process
- Meet sales KPIs to achieve earning potential and contribute to company growth
Requirements
- Must be a results-driven Sales Consultant with a passion for solar energy and customer education.
- Must be willing to educate, qualify, and advise future customers on the benefits of smart energy conservation and consumption practices.
- Must be willing to work in a commission-based position with no cap on earning potential.
- Must be willing to participate in a 2-week company-paid sales training program.
- Must be a W-2 employee in a full-commission position.
- Must meet company-given KPI expectations to achieve an average earnings range between $100,000 and $200,000 per year.
- Must have the ability to work in the field after training to meet sales and performance expectations.
