Job Description
A sales role focused on educating and advising residential customers on solar energy solutions through in-home consultations, with a commission-based compensation structure and opportunities for high earnings.
Key Responsibilities
- Educate and advise customers on the benefits of solar energy and energy conservation practices
- Qualify potential customers to determine their suitability for solar solutions
- Close sales by guiding customers through the in-home solar system design and purchase process
Requirements
- Must be a results-driven Sales Consultant with a passion for solar energy and customer education.
- Must be able to educate, qualify, and advise future customers on the benefits of smart energy conservation and consumption practices.
- This is a W-2, full-commission position with no cap on earning potential.
- Must complete a 2-week company-paid sales training program to prepare for success in the field.
- Must meet company-given KPI expectations in the field to be eligible for the average earnings range between $100,000 and $200,000 per year.
- Must have the ability to work in a customer-facing, in-home environment, which may include physical demands such as traveling to customer homes and engaging in in-person consultations.
- Must be willing to work in Texas and Florida, as the residential business serves these states.
- Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills suitable for educating and advising customers about solar energy solutions.
- Must be able to work independently and be results-oriented in a commission-based sales environment.
