Job Description
The Benefits and Payroll Coordinator at Freedom Solar will manage various employee benefits and retirement programs, oversee the open enrollment process, and organize wellness initiatives, while also handling weekly payroll processing in a fast-paced environment.

- Manage various benefits and retirement programs including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, and 401(k) plan
- Oversee the entire open enrollment process

- Process weekly payroll
Requirements
- Experience managing various benefits and retirement programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, and 401(k) plan.
- Ability to oversee the entire open enrollment process.
- Experience organizing wellness program initiatives designed to enhance the overall health of the workforce.
- Responsible for weekly payroll processing.
