Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a strategic Instrumentation & Control Automation Product Manager Solution Owner to drive advanced control and digital modernization solutions for commercial nuclear plants. You will serve as the commercial and technical linchpin—bridging business stakeholders, engineering teams, and customers to execute highly complex I&C initiatives.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, Business or related field
Minimum of 10 years of related experience or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
Excellent communication skills to work effectively with all levels of staff and management, vendors and customers.
Ability to change priorities quickly, confront issues directly and work well as part of a team.
Skilled in building trust, listening actively, and tailoring messages to diverse audiences.
Proficiency in CRM platforms and technical proposal software.
Confident in navigating complex sales cycles and securing long-term contracts.
Ability to anticipate client needs based on evolving energy strategies and infrastructure investments.
Benefits & Perks
Salary: $133,000-$181,000 and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
