Job Description
The Compliance Monitoring and Testing Specialist is responsible for assessing compliance risks and controls within the organization by conducting monitoring and testing activities, supporting the second line of defense in ensuring adherence to laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess compliance risks and controls implemented by business units
- Conduct monitoring and testing of compliance processes
- Evaluate the effectiveness of compliance controls
- Identify areas of non-compliance and recommend improvements
Requirements
- Possess the ability to perform duties primarily in an office setting, with some positions potentially allowing for remote work through the use of technology at management discretion.
- Be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.
- Use hands and fingers to operate technology or other office machinery such as printers and scanners.
- Utilize a computer monitor with visual acuity.
- Communicate clearly, either verbally or in writing, with others.
- Demonstrate flexibility to perform situationally assigned duties outside of the standard job description to support organizational efficiency.
