Job Description
The AVP, Technical Product Owner is responsible for the continuous improvement and technical management of the bank's Solar Servicing support platform, translating customer requirements into actionable product updates and overseeing their implementation, either directly or through contractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Continuously improve and enhance the Bank's Solar Servicing support platform.
- Translate customer requests into technical action items.
- Work closely with Loan Servicing and Complaint Compliance teams to identify and refine requirements.
- Implement product updates either directly or by coordinating with contractors.
- Serve as both Product Owner and Technical Lead, ensuring effective communication and project management.
Requirements
- Experience in a role combining Product Owner and Technical Lead responsibilities, with the ability to translate customer requests into technical action items and oversee implementation, either directly or by working with contractors.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with Loan Servicing and Complaint Compliance business customers and to clearly communicate technical requirements.
- Strong project management skills to manage continuous improvement and enhancement of the Bank’s Solar Servicing support platform.
- Technical know-how to understand and turn customer requests into actionable product updates.
- Ability to identify and refine requirements in collaboration with business customers.
- Experience in implementing technical solutions, either personally or through managing contractors.
- Work primarily conducted in an office setting, with the ability to work remotely using technology at management discretion.
- Physical ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.
- Physical ability to use hands and fingers for operating technology and office machinery such as printers and scanners.
- Visual acuity to operate a computer monitor effectively.
- Ability to operate technology or other office machinery such as printers and scanners.
- Ability to communicate clearly, verbally and/or in writing, with others.
- Salary expectations aligned with a range of $150,000 to $170,000 depending on qualifications and prior experience.
