Documentation & Transaction Materials: Coordinate the drafting, review, and negotiation of transaction documents alongside Legal and external counsel, tracking open issues to resolution. Prepare investment materials, decision memos, and transaction status updates that clearly summarize structure, economics, and execution status for senior leadership.
