Job Description
The Electrical Engineer at Exowatt will be responsible for the electrical design, development, and testing of innovative solar-thermal battery systems, contributing to the creation of sustainable energy products. The role requires expertise in circuit design, embedded systems, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and analyze printed circuit boards for guidance, communication, and power distribution systems.
- Create detailed design drawings and schematics for electrical equipment.
- Rapidly construct and test prototypes to verify design integrity and performance specifications.
- Integrate embedded systems into products in collaboration with mechanical, thermal, and optical engineers.
- Ensure seamless integration of electrical components with mechanical and systems engineering teams.
- Implement and oversee quality checks to meet safety and reliability standards.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations related to electrical engineering activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in electrical engineering, preferably in renewable energy, aerospace, or battery industries.
- Proficiency in electrical design software such as Altium Designer or Cadence.
- Experience in embedded systems programming.
- Strong understanding of power systems, analog digital electronics, and circuit design.
- Strong performance in PCB Design, Schematic design, PCB layout, and Breadboards.
- Hands-on experience with hardware prototyping and testing.
- Ensure all electrical engineering activities adhere to industry regulations, including safety and export control.
