Senior Survey Coordinator

Role and Scope of Position:
Review, plan, and coordinate land survey work activity within the assigned territory. Will lead and coordinate various survey activities of staff and field crews and vendors while providing expert advice to project teams. This individual will be considered the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and take the lead role on all survey tasks. The primary functions will be to review the work of team members along with all Vendor activity including preparing RFPs, hiring from the approved vendor list, scheduling/reviewing/approving all deliverables and approving invoices with an increased dollar level. In addition, the incumbent will regularly lead and direct and oversee the survey work of assigned support staff and vendor crews, providing direct oversight of vendor work and internal Eversource work. This individual will also attend project meetings, providing oversight on all Survey related tasks, proving to be an advocate for the department, providing the highest quality and integrity for daily tasks. The individual will also provide reports, budget projections as requested.
