Senior Analyst, Business Intelligence- Electric Operations (Hybrid Schedule)

Eversource supports work-life balance by offering hybrid schedules for certain roles. Eligibility is based on job responsibilities, operational needs, nature of work and team dynamics. Current guidelines require employees to work at least three days in the office, including Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with the third day set by the employee and supervisor based on department needs. This position is responsible for creating and maintaining performance measurements, reporting and analyses to enable corporate and business area leaders with the decision support information needed to meet their goals. This includes collaboration with various stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements through analytical solutions and reports. Responsibilities include data analysis, development of new tools, reports, data solutions, and processes to align strategy and vision across multiple regions and companies.
