Ensure SAP development work supports security, role design, segregation of duties, SOX controls, auditability, data privacy, performance, resiliency, and long-term operational supportability.
Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical defects across SAP custom objects, enhancements, interfaces, data conversion programs, workflows, and performance issues.
Establish and enforce development standards, naming conventions, documentation expectations, code review practices, transport management processes, and release governance.
Partner with testing teams to define technical test scope, resolve defects, support regression testing, and ensure development objects meet performance and quality expectations.
Support data conversion and migration activities by designing and validating ABAP programs, data extracts, transformations, load utilities, reconciliation reports, and exception handling capabilities.
