Job Description
The Staff Product Manager at Euclid Power will lead product initiatives in the renewable energy software sector, collaborating with engineering and design teams to develop product strategies and solutions while managing early and mid-career product managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand user needs and generate insights for product development.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to drive projects forward.
- Define product solutions through PRDs and forums.
- Develop long-term product strategy, vision, and roadmap.
- Manage and mentor early and mid-career Product Managers.
Requirements
- Experience leading high-impact product initiatives in both large product organizations and smaller scrappier startup environments.
- Previous experience leading product development teams including mentoring and coaching, hiring and performance management.
- Experience integrating user input, executive feedback, and industry insights into a cohesive strategy.
- A strong product sense with a track record of finding useful and elegant solutions to product problems.
- Ability to lead and inspire teams through team-building, collaborative problem solving, and driving consensus.
- World-class written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into a precise and concise frame.
- An understanding of how web applications are architected and built, and implications for how products are built.
