Job Description
The Sales Associate at Euclid Power will support the sales pipeline and operations by engaging in customer outreach, proposal development, and sales strategy execution, while managing CRM systems to enhance sales processes and metrics for scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- Support account leads on customer calls and track updates in HubSpot.
- Lead proposal generation and closing, including scoping and pricing.
- Execute and contribute to overall sales and go-to-market strategy.
- Identify, track, and complete next steps for advancing deals.
- Support prospecting efforts for new customers through outreach and lead qualification.
- Manage CRM HubSpot to ensure accurate customer pipeline and reporting.
- Establish processes, best practices, and templates to improve sales efficiency.
- Report on sales metrics and promote strategic discussions.
- Communicate and solicit feedback about sales process changes.
Requirements
- Minimum 4-7 years of experience in sales, business development, customer experience, or operations roles within the commercial industrial or utility-scale solar storage industry.
- General knowledge of the renewable energy project lifecycle - including key project value drivers, project development, financing, deployment, and asset management.
- Experience working with and customizing CRMs e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.
- Experience identifying, collecting, organizing, and analyzing business data to inform needs and growth strategies.
- Experience working in fast paced environments where business needs are perpetually evolving.
