Job Description
The Video Program Manager at Esri is responsible for maximizing the impact of the company's video content through strategic promotion, repurposing, and distribution efforts, collaborating across teams to enhance audience engagement and build accessible video libraries.
Key Responsibilities
- Maximize the value of video content through ongoing promotion, repurposing, and strategic management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute distribution campaigns for videos.
- Build and maintain a user-friendly video library to facilitate access and sharing of content.
- Track, analyze, and report on video usage and performance metrics to inform strategy.
- Act as a liaison to promote and advise on the deployment of videos across various business units.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, creative services, or a related field.
- Experience developing and leading creative campaigns to strategically extend influence.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and business teams.
- Proven ability to identify opportunities to maximize the value of existing assets.
- Experience building systems or processes to organize content, track usage, and streamline access for stakeholders.
- Experience using metrics and analytics to measure performance, share insights, and inform future strategy.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, media, or a related field.
