This role involves working closely with customers to deploy, configure, and optimize ArcGIS Enterprise and related geospatial technologies, providing technical guidance, troubleshooting, and ensuring system performance to support innovative GIS solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Assess customer requirements and recommend ArcGIS Enterprise architecture, design, and usage strategies
Deploy, configure, and migrate ArcGIS Enterprise across various environments
Guide customer teams through implementation decisions and best practices
Troubleshoot deployments and coordinate with infrastructure teams on networking, storage, and security
Analyze system performance and recommend optimization strategies
Requirements
Five years of experience supporting the implementation, support, and optimization of enterprise geospatial technology.
Experience with ArcGIS Enterprise deployment.
Ability to clearly communicate technical details, whether to other technical peers or non-technical project managers or customers.
Be self-motivated, a proactive problem solver, team-oriented, and creative.
Exceptional interpersonal, written, verbal communication, multi-tasking, and presentation skills.
Bachelor's degree in geography, computer science, GIS, or a related STEM field.

Compensation/salary range: $82,160 - $138,320 USD
Work schedule: Twelve paid holidays throughout the calendar year, minimum of 80 hours of vacation leave
