Job Description
A systems engineer responsible for supporting and automating cloud infrastructure and DevSecOps workflows across public and private clouds, including designing, implementing, and maintaining operational tools, automation, and containerized microservices to ensure optimal cloud performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain operational components in public and private clouds
- Build and provision AI services and solutions such as AWS Bedrock and Azure AI Foundry
- Create tools and processes to enhance operational workflows
- Monitor, alert, and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure and services
- Automate infrastructure and workflows using infrastructure as code (IaC)
- Automate self-provisioning of resources and services for cloud and on-premise environments
- Configure and deploy containerized microservice workloads using Docker, Kubernetes, and EKS
- Provide root cause analysis and troubleshoot system issues
- Respond to and resolve alerts, ensuring uptime and performance
Requirements
- Two years of relevant experience in cloud operations or DevOps engineering.
- Experience configuring and troubleshooting UNIX/Linux environments.
- Experience working in public cloud environments, preferably in AWS or Azure.
- Ability to write code in Python and PowerShell for infrastructure scripting.
- Experience with configuration management systems, such as AWS Systems Manager or Azure DSC.
- Strong understanding of build automation systems, such as GitHub Actions.
- Strong knowledge and experience with Git.
- Experience with infrastructure provisioning tools, such as CloudFormation or Terraform.
- Ability to automate self-service workflows.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related STEM field.

Base salary range of $69,680 to $122,720 USD
